One of these days we’re going to write something clever here. Something about brautigans and focus and writing short. Something about micro literature. We’ll write something clever about the current state of reading in the world, about how everyone reads, but no one thinks that they do. On the road, on the subway, ordering food, eating their breakfast. We read personal statuses and movie times and subtitles. We look up lyrics and wade through emails.
“I don’t read,” isn’t a valid excuse anymore, is it?
We’re calling your bluff. It’s all in your head.
So we’re gonna make it a little easier for you. We publish short essays and short stories in no more than 150 words. You can read them in a minute. Our goal? Give you a little taste of poetry when you least expect it. A beautiful pause during your day.
